About Geoffrey
After many years of dedicated service, Geoffrey M. Stoudt has retired and now holds the title of Attorney Emeritus with Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys. Throughout his distinguished career, Geoff concentrated his practice in business law, real estate law, and estate planning, with particular emphasis on counseling corporations in complex business matters. Geoff played a key role in the establishment of Reading Area Community College (RACC) and has served as its Solicitor since its founding in 1970. His extensive civic involvement includes service as President of the Wyomissing Public Library and active participation in the Berks County Chamber of Commerce, the Reading Rotary, the Reading Musical Foundation, the YWCA, and the Eagles Mere Association.
