Greg Gilmer’s legal and trial experience as both in-house counsel and at national and local law firms allows him to develop sound legal strategies to defend product liability and mass tort lawsuits on a local and national level while protecting and strengthening the company's key objectives and philosophies. He resolves challenging, high-profile cases by applying innovative yet practical settlement strategies, or by going to trial. He is also skilled in proactive counseling to minimize litigation risks at the design, development, and manufacturing stages. Greg was previously in-house counsel for a major automobile, powersports and power equipment manufacturer, and a partner in a national product liability law firm. He graduated from King Hall School of Law, University of California, Davis in 1999.
