Gregg joined McCarty Law in 1981 and is a former managing partner. His legal practice focused on litigation and a goal of helping his clients succeed. He handled personal injury law cases by representing seriously injured individuals in actions to recover monetary damages. Gregg also represented businesses on product liability, risk management and other commercial litigation matters. In the regulatory arena, he relied on his solid problem-solving skills to represent firms before the CPSC, EPA and the FTC.
