About Philip

Phil is currently retired from active practice. Phil’s practice consisted of litigation matters for individuals and businesses in state and federal courts and administrative agencies and his practice included working on behalf of accident victims. On the commercial side, Phil worked with financial institutions on loan workouts and collections. He also litigated employment discrimination matters and challenges to real estate tax assessments. In terms of general civil litigation, Phil handled everything from product liability and contracts to administrative matters.
