Ashby Dickerson is an Officer in PennStuart’s Abingdon, Virginia office and is a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group. His practice focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation, Federal Black Lung claims, and occupational hearing loss litigation. He has extensive experience representing employers and insurers before the Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Virginia Court of Appeals. Prior to joining PennStuart, Ashby served as a U.S. Army JAG Officer and Military Judge for 20 years, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
