About Mark
Mark Frye is an Officer in PennStuart’s Bristol, Tennessee office and is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. He has extensive experience in appellate work, state and federal condemnation, and energy law, having written numerous appellate briefs and successfully argued many cases at the appellate level. Mark was previously a member of the U.S. Army JAG Corps and represented the United States in over 150 appeals.
