Harold was a long time counsel to the firm and passed away recently. He will be missed. A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Stangler had been practicing law for over fifty years. The Nassau County Bar Association recently honored Mr. Stangler for Life Time Achievement in the practice of law. His first partnership was formed over thirty years ago, and was senior counsel to Edelman, Krasin & Jaye until his passing. His vast experience encompassed a wide variety of legal matters, primarily focusing in the area of both residential and commercial real estate. His areas of expertise included commercial real estate; leases and closings; foreclosures; commercial landlord and tenant; trust and estates; and tax certiorari. Mr. Stangler managed the property holdings for numerous clients. Mr. Stangler was an active member of his community and has served as the president for the East Coast division of B’nai B’rith. Mr. Stangler is the father of three daughters. He and his wife resided on Long Island
