About Hon.
Hon. J. Michael Baxley is a Retired Circuit Judge who manages the Jennings Law Charleston office. He received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1982. He has extensive experience in various legal and business settings, including serving in the South Carolina House of Representatives for twelve years and as a Circuit Court Judge from 2000 to 2014.
