Ira H. Lapp is a lifelong New City resident. He served as a clerk for judges in the Appellate Division and U.S. District Court while attending Pace Law School. He joined Richard P. Neimark & Associates in 2001, became a partner in 2005, and is now a partner at Neimark Coffinas & Lapp LLP, formed in 2020. He is known for his legal writing, defeating defense motions, taking and defending depositions, and appellate work, having obtained large settlements and awards for clients.
