Richard P. Neimark has been practicing law since 1976 and is a senior founding partner of Neimark Coffinas & Lapp LLP. He earned his bachelor's degree from C.W. Post and graduated from Brooklyn Law School. He has tried over 1,000 cases and secured tens of millions of dollars in recoveries for clients through settlement, trials, and arbitration, including a recent $2 million recovery in a motorcycle accident case. He holds an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
