J. Derek Ingle was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1967. He was raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and attended the University of Tulsa where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing in 1991 and his law degree in 1994. He has been practicing law for 24 years. He is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable and successful trial attorneys in the State of Oklahoma. In 2016, Derek was named Outstanding Trial Lawyer of the year by the Oklahoma Association for Justice. He practices in a broad area of civil litigation, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, trucking incidents, civil rights, insurance bad faith, product liability, and personal injury.
