Jim Devinney has practiced in the field of workers’ compensation law for over thirty-one (31) years. In 1993, Jim began working for Fred Boettcher, Oklahoma’s most prominent workers’ compensation attorney. In 2018, Jim, Fred, and Brad Wicker formed the BDIW Law firm. Along with Derek Ingle, BDIW has become a statewide law firm representing injured workers all over Oklahoma.
