Eric is an Employment Law Attorney at Willis Spangler Starling. After graduating from The College of William and Mary, Eric attended the University of Akron School of Law, earning his J.D. in 1994. Eric chose this field to help individuals address and resolve legal challenges through our judicial system. Since then, Eric has spent more than 30 years practicing law, mastering the complexities of litigation, and helping people who have been wrongfully terminated, endured workplace discrimination, or faced workplace harassment. Eric has handled transactional work to secure multi-million dollar deals and ensure employees receive fair terms in employment contracts. He is also a proud member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association, including the Admissions Committee. Eric enjoys spending time with his wife of 21 years and their two daughters. In his spare time, he gardens, works out, reads, and plays volleyball. As a long-time central Ohio resident, Eric is also a frequent volunteer for the Dublin City Music Boosters.
