Mike Waller graduated cum laude from Saint Louis University Law School in 1984 following graduation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mike Waller clerked throughout law school for the Honorable Robert G. Dowd, Sr., Chief Judge of the Missouri Court of Appeals.
