William Hoagland

William (Bill) Hoagland grew up in Alton, Illinois and coming from an extended family of lawyers, has been around lawyers his entire life. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A. 1962) and the University of Illinois College of Law (LL.B 1965). After graduation from law school, he returned to Alton to practice with his brother in the firm of Hoagland, Maucker, Bernard and Almeter.
