Goldstein is of counsel in the Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups of Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, where he concentrates his practice on the acquisition, financing, and disposition of real property, as well as business transactions ranging from general corporate housekeeping to complex joint-venture arrangements. Prior to joining Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, Mr. Goldstein was the managing partner of Goldstein, Zucker & Flynn, and, prior thereto, an associate at Sherman & Sterling LLP.
