James C. Shanor assists individuals and businesses in construction law and defects, business formation and fiduciary obligations, contracts, real property, and intellectual property. He is a trusted advisor and effective litigator, having successfully litigated numerous disputes. Prior to joining Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, James served as a law clerk for the Honorable Karen Schreier in United States District Court for the District of South Dakota, gaining unique insight into litigation and trial strategy.
