James D. Brookshire was promoted to Dungan & LeFevre's Board of Directors in 2017. He has been with the firm since 2003 and practices in Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Wrongful Death, and ERISA claims. He co-authored an article on IRA Beneficiary Designations in the Probate Law Journal of Ohio in 2013 and argued a case before the Ohio Supreme Court in 2012.
