James Hawes works in the Langley Wellington Conveyancing department. He has been with us for three years and works as a Paralegal working closely with Partner Scott Morris. Previously, James has worked at other firms as a Paralegal, so he has extensive experience in conveyancing transactions. Day-to-day, James works with various property-related transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, mortgages and remortgages, buy-to-let and more.
