James (Jim) Seifter has exclusively practiced plaintiff’s personal injury law for more than 33 years. His experience includes wrongful death, catastrophic injury, vehicular accidents, product liability, premises liability, medical negligence, nursing negligence, nursing home negligence, and negligent security. He has represented clients who have recovered tens of millions of dollars, including seven figures in over 35 cases. He was co-counsel in the landmark case Franklin Ford v Uniroyal Goodrich Tire Company, resulting in a $42,648,669 verdict. Jim is licensed to practice in Georgia trial and appellate courts, and federal courts including the Northern District, Middle District, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
