Kevin M. Ketner is a trial attorney at Penn Law specializing in complex personal injury litigation, including wrongful death, childhood sexual abuse, insurance bad faith, toxic environmental torts, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, and medical negligence. He has recovered millions for clients, including a $345 million judgment and an 8-figure toxic tort verdict. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Clemson University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Georgia state courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, various U.S. District Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
