Jim Giffen began his law practice in 1967 after obtaining his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He joined Butler, Vines and Babb as an Of Counsel attorney in August of 2014. He is admitted to the Tennessee Bar, U.S. Federal Courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His practice is devoted to business and commercial law, including bankruptcy. He is also a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator.
