Weldon Patterson, born in Harlan, Kentucky, is an attorney admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1989 and the Arkansas Bar in 2025. He practices in state and federal courts in Tennessee and Arkansas, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, and the United States Supreme Court. His practice areas include medical malpractice, personal injury, professional liability, truck accidents, automobile and bus accidents, mediation, and construction law. He is a Rule 31 Mediator and a past president of the Tennessee Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
