James Mathews Stiller, Jr. (“Matt”) was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. After a career as an officer in the United States Air Force, Matt served the State of Delaware by working for the Division of Public Health as a Data Analyst for the State’s breast and cervical cancer early detection program. While in the Air Force he earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, a Masters Degree in Public Administration, and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Information Systems.
