James R. "Bob" Angel

James R. “Bob” Angel, a lifelong Waco native, graduated from Richfield High School in 1983. After graduating from Baylor University, he taught science at La Vega ISD until beginning law school. Bob graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 1995 and began his legal career as an Assistant Attorney General in the Waco Child Support Division.
