James R. Huff, II was born in 1956. He is a 1977 Southeast Missouri State University graduate with a B.A. in Political Science and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Huff is admitted to practice law before all states and local courts in Pennsylvania as well as federal courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Blair County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
