R. Thomas Forr, Jr.

R. Thomas Forr, Jr. was born in 1946. He is a 1968 graduate of Juniata College and a 1974 graduate of Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Forr is a member of the Pennsylvania and Blair County Bar Associations and has been admitted to practice in the Western District of Pennsylvania, the 3rd Circuit, and before the United States Supreme Court. He served in the United States Army from 1968 to 1971, including as a Civil Affairs Officer in Vietnam.
