James Thatcher is an associate attorney at Plant Christensen & Kanell, having joined the firm in 2022. He specializes in general litigation and appeals, employment law, insurance defense, personal injury, and construction law. Prior to joining, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Second District Court. He graduated from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law (2021) and received bachelor’s degrees in English and Political Science from the University of Utah (2015). He is admitted to practice in Utah State Courts and the United States District Court, District of Utah.
