Kirsten S. Ashton is a shareholder at Plant, Christensen & Kanell, having joined the firm in 2013 after nearly five years of practice in Nevada. She has extensive experience in general litigation, construction and construction defect, transportation, personal injury, insurance, and auto liability. She earned her J.D. with honors from S.J. Quinney College of Law, University of Utah (2008), and a B.S. in Political Science from Utah State University (2004). She is licensed in both Nevada and Utah and has practiced in state and federal courts.
