About Jamisen
Jamisen Etzel is a partner at Lynch Carpenter, specializing in class and complex litigation with a focus on data breach, privacy, wage and hour/misclassification, consumer fraud, financial fraud, and breach of contract matters. He regularly serves as court-appointed lead or co-lead counsel, securing numerous class action settlements. He was part of a trial team that obtained a $4.5 million jury award for misclassified nightclub workers and achieved a $24 million recovery in a class arbitration trial. He has a strong appellate record, winning appeals in four published cases. He was also appointed Interim Co-Lead Counsel in COVID-19 Travel Insurance Litigation.
