About Jane
Jane Cabbiness is a Charles Town, West Virginia native. She graduated from Flagler College in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and from WVU College of Law in 2025, finishing sixth in her class and earning membership in the prestigious Order of the Coif. She gained experience as a judicial clerk for a federal judge in the Fourth Circuit, a participant in the WVU Innocence Project Clinic, and a summer intern with the firm. She is dedicated to advocating for her clients and serving her community.
