Kirk H. Bottner

Kirk H. Bottner was born and raised in Ridgewood, New Jersey. A Graduate of Ridgewood High School, Kirk moved to West Virginia in 1988 to attend West Virginia University. Kirk graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude. After taking a year off from school to travel and visit 49 of the 50 states, Kirk returned to West Virginia attending the West Virginia University School of Law from 1993 to 1996.
