About Jason
Since his graduation, Mr. Paul has focused his practice on the representation of injured clients, as well as the families of the victims of wrongful death. A partner and shareholder of Paul & Perkins, P.A., Jason largely concentrates his practice in nursing home abuse and neglect. In addition, he practices in the areas of insurance disputes, construction litigation, bad faith litigation, professional negligence, and general personal injury. Mr. Paul has obtained numerous verdicts for his clients in both the trial and arbitration setting, and has obtained multiple seven figure settlements and verdicts in the areas of premises liability, professional negligence, and medical malpractice.
