About Stephen
Stephen Mistoler joined Paul and Perkins in 2025, after serving as defense counsel for numerous nursing homes, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, homeowners’ associations, corporate entities, insurance companies, Orange County, the City of Orlando, and as Special Magistrate for the City of Palm Coast. While Mr. Mistoler is well-versed in many areas of the law, his practice primarily focuses on long-term healthcare facility neglect, abuse, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death. Now, Mr. Mistoler brings a profound sense of knowledge and experience to pursue justice for his clients and their families who have been wrong by healthcare providers and other entities.
