Jason joined the firm in 2023, after serving as Assistant General Counsel and Director of Land Management for the largest privately-owned coal mining company in the United States for over a decade. He works in the firm's Energy and Real Estate practice groups where he leverages his education in mining engineering and law, as well as his broad experience in energy, coal, oil, gas, real estate, environmental and corporate law to craft unique solutions to complex legal issues. Jason is from West Virginia, and now lives in Canonsburg, PA.
