Jeff Diez has extensive practice in governmental law and education law. He has represented the Ascension Parish School Board as general counsel since 1991, and the Ascension Parish Council as special counsel since 2000. His legal services for the school board include education issues, employee rights, civil rights, real estate/property law, public funding and taxation, policy development, personal injury defense, and student discipline.
