Jeff Kerr received his Juris Doctorate with a Certificate in Criminal Law from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2008. He worked for both the Pima and Maricopa County Attorney’s Offices, handling misdemeanor and DUI courts, Mental Health Court, narcotics, and violent- and weapon-based offenses. As a defense attorney, Jeff has handled misdemeanor and felony cases across all 14 of Arizona’s counties, conducting over 30 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials and evidentiary hearings. He is an expert in firearms and self-defense law, and an NRA- and USCCA-certified firearms instructor.
