About Jeffrey
Jeffrey W. Hane initially handled injury and accident cases since 1993, and now primarily focuses on elder law, estate services, Medical Assistance (Medicaid) planning, and business needs. He holds a post-law degree (LLM Elder Law) from Stetson University and was appointed to the Minnesota Board of Aging from 2011 to 2017. He also serves as an Assistant County Attorney for Kittson County and is the firm's primary attorney for water law, adoption, and construction law.
