Kaitlyn Bjornson was raised in Neche, ND, and is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota. She received her Juris Doctorate along with an Indian and Tribal Law Certificate from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2020. During law school, she was a member of the North Dakota Law Review and served on its Board of Editors.
