Jessica joined Garvey Shearer Nordstrom in 2018 and represents clients in state and federal courts in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. She handles a broad range of cases, including insurance defense, appellate work, insurance coverage, bad faith, commercial and contract litigation, personal injury and property damage, and employment and business disputes. Jessica manages client needs from pre-suit investigation to post-judgment relief, including trial proceedings and mediation.
