Jessica began her journey at CD LAW as a medical records assistant, mastering the details that often make or break a case-requesting records, tracking treatment, and building clean, accurate files. Her eye for detail and habit of following up (twice) moved her into a legal assistant. From there, she cross-trained as a legal assistant, coordinating providers, organizing damages, drafting demand packages, and keeping clients updated without letting anything slip. What truly shaped Jessica’s approach, though, was personal: she and her family were involved in an accident. She’s felt the fear, the stress of medical appointments, the overwhelming volume of insurance calls, and the uncertainty about “what comes next.” She channels that experience into every file-anticipating hurdles, explaining the process with clarity, and advocating for practical solutions that reduce stress, protect treatment, and maximize recovery. That combination of technical skill and lived empathy made her promotion to case manager a natural step.
