About Jim

Jim Goodwin's law practice centers on expert-intensive, complex litigation, primarily product liability, fire cause and origin, and medical malpractice defense. With over 20 years in practice, he has successfully taken over fifty jury trials to verdict, many involving multi-million dollar exposure. Jim started his career as a prosecutor and holds a Master’s degree in Communications, which he applies to the art of persuasion in litigation. He graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1996.
