About John
John Fowler's unwavering mission is to safeguard the rights of those who have suffered injuries. His passion lies in pursuing justice for individuals harmed by wrongful or negligent actions. Whether dealing with workplace issues such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, or addressing physical and emotional trauma from wrongful deaths, car accidents, slip and falls, or bicycle accidents, John is prepared to champion the cause of ordinary people against major insurance companies and corporations. He combines profound legal knowledge, extensive experience, courtroom acumen, and a compassionate heart to secure fair and just recoveries through settlement, arbitration, or trial. John is a founding partner of Fowler Helsel Vogt. He has been honored with various recognitions including the Northern California Super Lawyer's Magazine Rising Star Award and National Trial Lawyers' Top 100 Civil Plaintiff's Trial Lawyers. Before going to law school, John worked as a high school science teacher in Modesto, California and served in the United States Peace Corps in Kenya, East Africa. Outside of his commitment to justice, John enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and expressing his artistic side as a multi-instrumentalist.
