John C. Graham, III

North Carolina native John C. Graham, III was born in Charlotte, attended Northeastern High School in Elizabeth City and, in 1982, graduated from North Carolina State University. In 1985, John received his law degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, and moved to Dare County that same year.
