John D. Konz is an attorney and shareholder whose practice focuses on elder law and business and real estate transactions. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and a recognized Super Lawyers Rising Star. He focuses on Trust and Estate administration, probate, guardianships, conservatorships, estate planning, and Medicaid planning. He also advises businesses on creation, acquisition, sale, corporate governance, and transactions. He is recognized as one of the top 2.5% of attorneys throughout Colorado. Prior to joining the firm, John worked in New York City for one of the top-four firms worldwide, advising multinational entities in International Tax. He served as a senior editor on the Hofstra Law Review and a board member of the Hofstra Moot Court Board, graduating with honors and a citation for excellence in Commercial Law. He was included in the 2024 and 2025 editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Elder Law, and selected to the Super Lawyers 2023 and 2024 Colorado Rising Stars list.
