I enjoy helping people with their legal problems. Most of my practice these days involves helping employees fired for the wrong reasons, or not paid their overtime properly. For example, many of my cases involve employees discharged after taking medical leave, or because of various health issues, as unscrupulous employers take advantage of difficult times in the lives of their employees. However, I also assist consumers and small businesses in commercial disputes, and can assist in insurance or investment disputes, as well. It is gratifying to help people, to see their burdens lifted.
