John R. O'Brien

John R. O'Brien received an Honors Degree in Classical Studies, with Distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1976, and received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 1979. Upon his graduation he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard P. Conaboy in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
