About Paul

Paul D. Horger graduated from Muhlenberg College with a B.A., summa cum laude, in 1959 and from the University of Pennsylvania with an L.L.B. in 1962. He was admitted to the Bar in 1963. He is a member of the Lackawanna County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania and Federal Courts. Mr. Horger concentrates his practice in commercial transactions, banking and business law, corporations and partnerships, residential and commercial real estate, and the purchase and sale of business entities.
