John is a partner with Bunger & Robertson and enjoys having a general practice that allows him to help a wide variety of clients. He has tried cases all over the state of Indiana. He treats clients with respect and compassion and works to ensure they receive a fair and unbiased trial during the litigation process. John’s areas of focus include civil litigation and insurance defense. He also assists in the formation, counseling and planning for business entities such as corporations, LLCs and partnerships. He practices in real estate law and works to protect the rights of landlords who find themselves in the midst of disputes with their tenants and also assists homeowner’s associations. John practices in the estate planning arena, and often works with clients to help them get their affairs in order so they can preserve their legacy for the next generation.
