About JON
Jon’s practice is focused on appeals and civil litigation. He clerked for two federal judges, including, most recently, the Honorable Wm. Fremming Nielsen, Senior Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. Before coming back to Spokane, Jon practiced in Western Colorado for several years where he specialized in civil appeals and motions. He has represented individuals, businesses, and local governments in complex matters in both state and federal court.
